Clete Miller started BelAir Construction in 1996 and has run it ever since. That is the whole model: the person who comes out to look at your project is the person who prices it, the person who builds it, and the person you call if something needs sorting out afterwards.
It also means the company is only as good as the work behind it, which is why current and local references are available to anyone who asks. Talking to somebody whose deck has been through a few Treasure Valley winters will tell you more than any website can.

Clete Miller started BelAir Construction in 1996 on a short list of commitments. They are unglamorous, and they are the reason the phone still rings.

Clete comes out, looks at the site, and talks through what is realistic — including where the money is best spent and where it isn't.

The estimate
You get the scope in writing, so you can see what is and isn't included before anyone picks up a tool.

The build
The work runs to the scope you agreed. Anything that changes gets discussed with you first, not billed afterwards.
